Public Health Strategist

Public Health Strategist (NHS, Health & Wellbeing, Commissioning, Public Health, Primary Care, PCT, Strategic Lead, Development of public health, Service Improvements, Strategic planning, public health data)

Sand is looking to recruit a strong Public Health Strategist who will provide Public Health advice and support to other members of the Public Health teams across the broad spectrum of public health, and have a major input into work on the development of public health policies and projects. You will support strategic development, commissioning, delivery and evaluation of programmes and services as well as taking strategic lead on major, specific pieces of work, topic areas and/or lead responsibility for managing the development, implementation and evaluation of projects and other pieces of work.

Key Skills experience required:
*Strong knowledge around Public Health
*Strong experience of Commissioning & Service Development
*Strong strategic lead/development experience
*Experience of leading/implementing Projects/Programmes
*Strong experience of
*Experience of preparing Bids & applications for external funding.
*Budget management.
*Development of Public Health
*Epidemiological Analysis
*Change management
