Next Ventures is executing a search for a PTC Program Manager

(Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- 15+ years of experience in managing the delivery of complex PTC programs or multiple PTC projects with a proven track record in delivering to successful conclusion on time, within budget, and with the highest quality
- Plan, direct and lead projects that deploy PTC's technology solutions to drive value for Clients by transforming how they create and service their products.
- Proven experience managing key customer relationships.
- Superior organizational management skills and well-developed interpersonal skills including team facilitation and organizational management. Advanced conflict management and negotiation skills and the ability to partner with other organizations to be successful and resolve issues.
- Define, align and document Client vision and transformation strategies (Roadmaps). Position and mobilize joint projects/programs with Client's organizations.
- Ability to transparently manage and organize cross-functional, distributed teams
- Own, the financials of the project/program including cost, revenue, and margin to provide long-term plans.
- Functional experience in any of the following industries: Automotive, Consumer Products, Electronics & High Tech, Industrial Equipment or Medical Devices

Certification in PMP or similar are preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
