PSO Finance Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Support Finance Co-ordinator with excellent communication and analytical skills. A proven track record in managing a structured programme and project environment to enable the successful delivery of project financial handling on time and to agreed objectives. Excellent people skills with a keen attention to detail and operational improvement.
* Excellent analytical skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, charts etc.)
* Experienced in financial governance and management of projects
* Proficient in project management concepts and ways of working
Responsibilities would include:
* Overseeing projects within the SAP system
* Monitoring project budgets, issuing reports and chasing project managers for updated budgets
* Monitoring expenses status and timesheet booking lags using in-house software applications
* Producing weekly project budget reports
* Looking at improved ways of working and streamlining processes with internal departments
* Ensuring good working relationships with the project management community
* Completing financial status reports
* Managing Programme and Project Managers expectations accordingly
