Provisioning Technician C Job

PROVISIONING TECHNICIAN C needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MELBOURNE, FL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- High School diploma or equivalent with six (6) years related experience required.
- Must have at least four (4) years experience utilizing the Microsoft office suite of tools and Outlook.
- At least one (1) year experience working with MetaSolv or working in a telecommunication industry.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Coordinate with Telcom Expense Management (TEM) team and other program telco engineers to assist in completion of multiple engineering circuit order tasks and document updates.
- Work with engineering to identify any unknown charges from telco monthly billing.
- Ensure telco charges match quote, and that quote is consistent with contract or tariff, and work with Engineering to review quotes received.
- Monitor telco invoice to ensure disputes, disconnects, and flipped rates have adjusted accordingly.
- Provide reporting of inconstant charges on monthly bill, and work with carriers/Tangoe to address.
- Work with Tangoe/Vendors to receive accurate circuit IDs to increase data integrity of circuit inventory.
- Ensure invoices are adjusted and appropriate credits applied to close TEM initiatives. Notify TEM team.
- Track TLA on invoice and ensure remaining time is accurate or if TLA should be applied.
- Update MetaSolv for new site entries and assist in verification of updates made by other team members as needed.
- Assist in maintaining metrics for use by program management during program reviews.
