This person is responsible for the coordination of ordering, shipping and maintenance of on-site computer assets and peripherals inventories.
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT industry awareness and knowledge of computer and peripherals
- Highly organized with ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Skills using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience working with spreadsheets and reports for tracking purposes advantageous
- Lifting and moving equipment required, must be able to lift equipment weighing 50 lbs. or more at times
- Aptitude for organization and able to remain flexible in a dynamic, ever changing environment
- Technical skills a plus, but not required
