Provisioning Administrator

OUR CLIENT A LARGE TELECOMS AND BROADBAND ORGANISATION ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATOR TO UNDERTAKE A THREE - SIX MONTH CONTRACT FROM THEIR WEST LONDON SITE.

The successful candidate as Provisioning Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that customers follow a smooth, accurate and timely provisioning life cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATOR:

1. Ensure completion of all required provisioning tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Provide evidence of task completion in the form of reports and signed checklists.

3. Ensure backlogs are monitored and escalate issues, using the correct escalation paths, in a timely manner.

4. Follow framework for exception management to ensure 100% exception resolution.

5. Learn tasks that cover all products (existing and new) and will be required to cross train to provide the team with the adequate flexibility it requires.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of the following skills and experience;

- Experience in a Provisioning role within the Broadband and or Telecoms industry.
- Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel
- An understanding of Telco regulatory requirements
- Ability to absorb and assimilate new knowledge rapidly - combining both theory and best practice.
- Excellent attitude to working in a team and imparting information to team members and other stake holders.

Role: Provisioning Administrator

Contract Duration: Three - Six Months

Rate: £13.38 per hour Ltd
