Prototype Coordinator (m/f)

Currently we are looking for a Prototype Coodinator (m/f) for automotive interior.

Your tasks:

+ Responsibility for the coordination of prototype supply in the determined project
+ Responsibility for aligned volumes, timing, package and transport
+ Monitor cost and adjust with project Lead Engineer and Program Manager
+ Coordinate prototype builds & WO's
+ Coordinate external transport partners
+ Coordinate customs activities with internal customs department
+ Ensuring together with PDT that package system is robust prior to shipment
+ Determine and apply the most appropriate and cost effective solutions for package and
transport for different product groups (IP, doors, trim parts, trunk parts ...)
+ Optimize WO process and prepare and introduce solution for standardization of WO
process in alignment with protoshop
+ Cooperation with PDT for selection of subsuppliers according cost, quality and timing
+ Prepare lessons learned and introduce it to PDT
+ Work according GDLS requirements.

+ Apprenticeship as clerk or logistic or equivalent job-related experience
+ Experience in logistics desirable, preferabfy in automotive environment
+ Knowledge of logistic systems or SAP is desirable
+ Profound knowledge of MS-Office toors
+ Good commands of the German and English language
