PROSCI Change Manager wanted for one of our Basel based clients in the pharma industry.
Your experience/skills:
- Project Management Certification along with minimum 3 years of work experience in full life cycle of at least two change management projects within a complex Matrix environment
- Expertise in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change
- Very good understanding of developing the communication and change management plans and familiarity with PROSCI and ADKAR
- Excellent communication skills such as influencing and negotiating together with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing and maintaining methodical stakeholder analysis as well as providing communication plan
- Creating change management plan targeting IT support personnel and end users that they engage and adapt to the new model
- Establishing and managing targeted communications for all stakeholder groups in a proactive and timely manner
- Liaising with project stakeholders as required in order to plan, define and execute stakeholder analysis and targeted communications
