Proposition Manager - Cash

PROPOSITION MANAGER, CASH MANAGEMENT, INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, WRAP

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We would expect the candidate to have direct experience and a proven track record of working in a leading proposition development or commercial role within a Bank or ownership of a well-established cash solution within a Platform or Wealth Management business.

The candidate will have experience of the following within a Cash environment:

- Proposition development and implementation
- Commercial strategy development and implementation
- Regulatory, Operational and Technology implications of the above

In addition to cash technical experience, key capabilities and skills required include:

- Excellent communication, engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with a broad range of stakeholders (Distribution Channel, Operations, Technology, External Suppliers)
- Depth of experience analysing current and future trends in cash distribution
- Proven success at delivering propositions in this sector
- Confident and credible working across a range of stakeholders
- Be able to rapidly understand the company's current position and strategic objectives and define the cash proposition within this context
- Ability to articulate the proposition effectively in oral and written form to a range of stakeholders
