ROLE: PROPOSITION DELIVERY MANAGER - BANKING - COVENTRY - 3 MONTHS- £550/DAY

SKILLS: PROPOSITION DELIVERY MANAGER - PROJECT MANAGER - BANKING

This successful candidate will be required to project manage 2-3 separate projects looking at differing aspects of Retail Banking.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

- Influence, own and maintain elements of the proposition component rolling roadmap keep this current and mobilise/execute key activities/changes to ensure the proposition delivers tangible benefits for customers.
- Input into the segment proposition and operating model (which products, which services, through which channels to which customers).
- Support in identifying opportunities to align delivery and create efficiencies of the proposition across BB & MA segments and wider across the Group.
- Deliver change which meets the requirements of the proposition and that it is seamlessly implemented and accepted into the relevant business area(s).
- Formulate options to solve problems/deliver enhancements, build these into a high quality presentation, be able to communicate proposals and options with senior stakeholders, educate them around the proposal and negotiate effectively to achieve a clear and desired outcome.
- Review & refresh key components to drive on-going improvement and alignment with the segment proposition.
- Deliver and maintain a process/service documentation set (current, ideal and future state).
- Rigorously review data sources, incl. SSI, complaints, risk events, colleague feedback, service metrics and review/refresh the component roadmap.
- Negotiate with Service Heads to achieve required service standards for our customers, monitor adherence to relevant service standards, ensure these are aligned to the segment proposition & met. Identify exceptions and negotiate/implement plans to rectify.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Proposition Delivery, Service Areas and the wider business and build and maintain SME knowledge of the Proposition, Service Areas and wider business.
- Seamlessly manage incidents, undertake robust root cause analysis , keep colleagues informed and champion changes to mitigate/avoid future occurrence.
- Where appropriate, understand the cost model associated with the relevant components of the segment proposition and deliver against any agreed targets.
- Ensure all delivery is executed in accordance with TCF standards and that risk/regulatory standards are met.
- Be a positive influence among our people and teams taking opportunities to lead and develop colleagues
