Property Service Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- First point of contact for our employees for all office issues
- Coordination of workstations, meeting rooms, parking cards and other administrative tasks and complaints
- Coordinating and Steering of IFM Supplier and all other Facility Service Providers in the office of the HO
- Active vendor steering to be compliant with all laws and regulation including scheduling and monitoring of all maintenance and repair works, inspection tours, claim management and documentation
- Interface between operational and technical departments with regular reporting to GREM/ Operational Excellence
- Ensuring and recording timely work order processing and status control (work order tracking), taking into account cost regulation and compliance with service level agreements
- Processing of customer and supplier enquiries, as well as complaints that arise
- Preparation of documentation of all site reports and complaints
- Setting invoices of Facility Services in CAFM system and Creation of FM tickets and monitoring of ticket processing via CAFM system
- You ensure compliance with our quality standards and service levels

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Commercial-technical background, with corresponding professional experience
- Or background in trades/construction or in Facility Management
- Organizational and communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Profound computer skills
- Experience with automated maintenance management systems is desirable
- Profound knowledge of German and English
- Outgoing and communicative
- A confident and humorous attitude quickly inspires confidence
- Organizational talent, analytical skills and negotiation skills
