Property Negotiator

Exciting opportunity for a Property Negotiator to work for a company based in Amersham.

The Property Negotiator sits within the Property Team and will support the Site Access Improvement Project and the delivery of improved access arrangements to our portfolio of sites.

The Property Negotiator role involves:

- Identify sites where access rights are insufficient and/or where physical access arrangements differ from our legal rights.
- Negotiate directly with our Landlords and Landlord's Agents to improve site access rights and arrangements.
- Interface with and coordinate with internal teams, Operational Suppliers and Third Party Vendors to identify and resolve reactive site access issues.
- Support the development of a strategy for improving site access arrangements.

Ideally the successful Property Negotiator will have a:

- Sales background
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong negotiation skills
- Quick learner
