Projektbeschreibung
The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and have exceptional time management skills. Main duties will include liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors and problem solving where issues with properties arise. You will visit properties in order to report the condition of it back to the landlords. Administration duties will be part of the job so general computer skills are essential as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and database. Must be a car driver with own transport. The role is Monday - Friday, however you may need to work every other Saturday to cover the office.
