We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Management Professional for an initial 3 month contract based in Aberdeen.
You will be expected to undertake property management, including property surveys, dilapidation surveys, appointing contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Experience required - - Working in a Surveying, Construction or Property Management environment.
- Good administrative, interpretation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel etc.
- Using initiative and working within minimum supervision.
- Ability to work within defined timescales.
- Responding positively to change
- Excellent customer care/service skills.
