We require a Property Maintenance Manager ASAP for an initial 3 month assignment whilst appointing perm. Candidate rate, £28 per hr Ltd 37 hours per week, flexible on start/finish times to suit the business needs. Voids experience is essential - ensure void properties are repaired in accordance with the voids lettable standard. Supervisory experience is essential; you will be directly responsible for 4 team leaders Produce, maintain and deliver Business Plans. Anticipate and respond to legislative and regulatory changes. Identify and consider new ways of working. Essential Car driver, required to travel around the county. Capable and confident in a trades environment, able to look at the wider picture when spending/saving money. Able to hit the ground running. Able to work additional hours where necessary. Desirable Knowledge of Local authority financial systems.
