A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Property Legal Counsel to work for a telecoms giant based in Buckinghamshire on a contractual basis. My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE.

The Property Legal Counsel's responsibilities will include:
-Negotiating agreements including new leases or licenses, surrender and re-grants, licences to assign, deeds of assignment and deeds of variation or surrender with isolated owners.
-Drafting notices to terminate Site Agreements.
-Some management of external lawyers.
-Driving the Integration activities on all sites.
-Dealing with legal disputes/issues with Site Providers and other third parties in order to mitigate risks.
-Working closely with the property teams to support their business requirements.

The Property Legal Counsel MUST have:
-Extensive proven experience in a commercial property, blue chip company or Major law firm or In-House.
-Experience of rolling out a project
-Experience of complex property dispute resolution and litigation including Landlord and Tenant Act.
-Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer.
