Projektmanager - OLT Implementation Expert (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- To establish a structured way of working and improve the current overview of all the different OLT deployment initiatives and their current status, the following tasks will be delegated to the external role “OLT Implementation Expert”.
- Create, maintain and improve the overview of all the relevant subtasks from OLT request until the OLT has been finally deployed and is ready to serve customers
- Push all involved internal and external departments involved in the OLT deployment to secure the agreed delivery SLA promised to the stakeholders
- Stakeholders (responsible to deliver new build and/or new network information like number of users, desired OLT readiness, contracts)
- Transport department (responsible for the planning, design and deployment of the OLT backhauling)
- Deployment department (responsible for space, rack space, powering in own and 3rd party locations to carry the installed OLT)
- Planning & Projects department (responsible to connect A and Z points with fibers in the Sunrise network with own or rented fibers)
- DevOps and Design (responsible to order equipment and labour to build out the OLT)
- IT coordination to integrate specific networks into the service fulfillment workflow
- Clean the RACI matrix together with the subject matter experts
- Clean, finalize and visualize the “new OLT” and “expand OLT” processes together with the subject matter experts
- Define the delivery SLAs together with the responsible departments and add these to the processes
- Manage all the OLT requests in the biweekly “OLT deployment committee” together with the stakeholders and the budget and platform owners
- Support CAPEX budget management together with the owner

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience as Project Manager / as Project Lead
- Ability to successfully communicate with various internal and external Stakeholders (SPOC role)
- Previous experience in a matrix organization
- Ideally work experience in the relevant fields (OLT and Telco industry in general)
- Fluent in English and German
