MY DUTIES:

- Project management of development projects according to process description in the management system
- Development of technologies, processes, product concepts and products for component applications in cooperation with product management and strong coordination with market management and / or customers
- Design of high-frequency components in line with specifications, deadlines and costs, taking into account innovative concepts, materials and manufacturing processes
- Production-oriented, constructive implementation and realization of high-frequency components
- Independent project execution in close cooperation with the R&D development team, other business units and stakeholders (suppliers)
- Responsible for TQM and reviews work processes on a regular basis and initiates measures for implementation when potential for improvement is identified
- All activities are focused on satisfying customers in a "Quality First" context and time and cost constraints

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Expertise in high-frequency engineering, materials science and component design / CAD / assembly of components, precision mechanic (m/f/d)
- Master / Bachelor / Dipl. Ing. / in RF technology, electrical engineering, microtechnology, mechanical engineering or systems engineering
- Completed vocational training (electronics technician, physics laboratory technician, technical draftsman/designer, polymechanic, toolmaker (m/f/d)) is an advantage
- Experience in the conception and design of electrical contact elements (contact physics, materials)
- Experience in the application of "Design for manufacturing / Design for assembling".
- Experience in working in an agile development project environment (international companies in the automotive or medical technology sector)
- Proven experience in project management incl. communication and goal setting skills in a global project team
- Basic understanding of part manufacturing processes and assembly processes, including approaches to early samples, prototypes as well as volume production
- Good knowledge of MS Projects, PDM, ERP, CAD, FEM simulation software
- Fluent German and English (min. level FCE/B2)
- Strong goal-setting, decision-making and assertiveness skills
- Independent, responsible and accurate way of working
