Project Management (L2)-Conceptual awareness of core project management techniques and some practical experience (PRACTITIONER) Practicing Project manager who has either completed a formal course in project management techniques, behavioural skills, have some team handling experience or demonstrated sufficient experience in project shandled and/or has cleared suitable internal assessments. Will be responsible for medium sized projects or projects of moderate criticality (defined by internal and customer context) and be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance fromline/practice manager. Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality. Will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal and external) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis. Will be able to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to work with internal supervision/guidance to manage internal and external conflicts.

Extensive knowledge on install & Configure Citrix presentation/Xenapp Servers Handling Citrix presentation/Xenapp Server Migrations. Upgrade Citrix presentation/Xenapp Servers Services Role holders. Setup & Configure High availability Services & load bancing for Citrix presentation/Xenapp Servers Performance monitoring of Citrix presentation/Xenapp Servers services role hold Citrix Policy implementation & Review Working with Citrix management tools. Review SMTD & EPD Documents & proposing the industrial Best practicesPerform Health Check of Citrix presentation/Xenapp Servers Infrastructure. Perform & access Security Audit Citrix policy design & Review to meet the business requirements. Placement of Citrix presentation/Xenapp role holders across Geo's. Prepare the capacity forecasting requirement of Hardware & Software requirement.
