For one of our clients we are looking for a PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER (PMO) with PLANISWARE knowledge.
Start date: ASAP
End date: 12 months (with extension)
Languages: EN (and FR/NL is a plus)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Candidate must have Planisware knowledge and understand the model that has been configured. You need to able to conceptualize and propose improvements. You will also do the day to day operational tasks in the tool with the help of a colleague. Next to it you will be tasked to help the head of the team with resource management of the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in PMO support
Experience in resource and capacity management
Knowledge of the Project Management tool Planisware
Good communication and analytical skills
Proactive
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of a Project Management tool Planisware
Some experience in providing user support (Face to face - training- questions) for user applications
