SEC and a Global IT Consulting Company are working together in the search and selection for a Project Support Officer who will be working on performance and quality management within an international project in Alicante.
Your responsibilities will involve both general and specific project support tasks (including administrative support to project and related activities as required).
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Provide Ad hoc statistical analysis and reports for senior management.
-Provide administrative support to the project as required.
-Produce project documentation.
-Participate in meetings, draft minutes.
-Support quality and performance management.
This is a contract till the end of the year within a long term project with high possibilities of extension.
You should be compliant with the following profile:
-Excellent knowledge of excel (egpivot tables), outlook, word, PowerPoint, Access and statistical tools
-Good knowledge on quality and performance management and tools (IT tools, statistical analysis tools)
-Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English and Spanish.
-Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
-Good communicator at all levels.
-Good drafter in English and Spanish language.
-Experience of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory.
-Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
-Usage of project management tools.
-Good reporting methods
-Ability to apply high quality standards to tasks
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after secondary school
-Minimum 1 year of IT professional experience
