Project Support Officer

Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for Project Support Officer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generation of reports for Project, Program and Organisational purposes
Derive information from available planning/tracking/financial systems for generation of overviews
Reports to be used by Senior Management, Project Managers, Development managers
Generation/Updates of Project Templates for Usage
Planning, Project Tracking templates in Excel and Open Workbench
Overviews in Excel showing Project performance (financial, schedule, risks, problem reporting etc)
Making updates in Planning and Resource allocation tools (SPARC/Open Workbench)
Project environment: New projects, adding resources, enable timewriting
Supporting the roll-out of (new) ways of working in the organisation:
Direct communication with the Project Managers, Development Managers on content

REQUIRED SKILLS:
High Knowledge/Experience in working with Excel (Data handling, Macros, Graphs etc.)
Knowledge/Experience of Planning/Resource tools like MS-Projects and/or SPARC/open workbench
Experience working together in Project Organisation, Project Management aspects from PSO point of view
Capable of working in Multi-Site organisation: phoneconferences, Screensharing etc.
