Projektbeschreibung
We are looking for a System Support Engineer to work on-site with our client based in Westport. Our client has a strong presence in health care industry.
Role
1. Support Design and commissioning of equipment and data systems
o You will become expert in the workings and integrations of a set of Back Office applications
o You will liaise with third party vendors responsible for these applications to best achieve business goals
2. Validation support including SDLC documentation development, FAT OQ/PQ and implementation
3. Point of contact for pre and post implementation technical support
3A.You will debug failures, identify design flaws, and suggest solutions 3B.You will field tier 1 and 2 support requests immediately post go live
3C you will liaise with extended support teams (internal and external)
4. Infrastructure deployment;
AWorkstation/Server qualification and setup
BApplication configuration and test
CDefine Network configuration (VLan/Firewall etc)
Experience
- Good Datamodelling knowledge including XML data structures and a Knowledge of web technologies
- Application Integration Experience/Development Experience
- Experience working with Web Services and HTTP interface technologies
- System admin Windows 7 and Windows 2008 Server
- Good understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
- Good knowledge of SQL, database administration
Education
- Computer Science Degree
Attributes of the candidate
- Excellent analytical skills and is a logical thinker
- Good Documentation Skills.
- Exceptional technical ability and has an aptitude
- Great troubleshooting skills
Duration of contract
- 6 months
This role is based in Westport which is in the west of Ireland. It really is quite a remote location therefore the right candidate will need to relocate their family if they have one to the west coast. I would say this role would be right for an individual that really doesn't mind the tough location ( we doubt that you will be able to come back home every weekend) or that might have a real passion for surfing !
The location is a paradise for surfers so if that's your bag this might be the perfect contract role for you!
