Project Sourcing/Supply Chain Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
To develop the Mode 5 MoD ITT plans to insure that the Campaign deliverers a coherent Supply Chain approach that aligns with the Clients needs through the construction of a supply chain of intra business and external entities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFLUENCE:
Leadership and development of the Supply Chain story
Leadership in Client's make/buy decisions
Leadership in developing the external relationships
Leadership in all external supply chain communications
Leadership of the Supply Chain Sales and Operation Panning process
Leadership in coaching the Campaign team with supply chain Best Practice
Leadership in writing the supply chain narrative exploiting the Campaign win themes in support of the story boards and aligned with a MoD recognised approach

Development of:
Mode 5 Supply Chain strategy
Model Flowdown Terms and Conditions supported by Commercial
Supplier RFQs, including approving statements of works
Issuing supplier NDAs
Supplier Teaming Agreements with support of Legal and Commercial
Development of Equipment Schedule plans to ensure efficient cash exposure
Capacity analysis and capacity plans.
Strategic and operational planning models.

Management of:
Supply Chain inputs to Mode 5 bid documentation
Supplier relations
Demand, supply and financial exceptions to meet business objectives.
Product transfers between all facilities.
Secure Inventory including Crypto movements.
Activities between Supplier Project Management, Purchasing, and Distribution.
Packaging sourcing.
Advice to production line scheduling
Communication of expectations
The development of technological advancement in Supply Chain Planning.
Implementation of Client's policies at individual locations.
Budget analysis related to capacity, production and inventory planning.
