Project Scheduler / Planer

You will support us as a project scheduler and planer by providing detailed project schedules that support the entire project-cycle from planning to erection/commissioning through project close out.

You will be responsible for developing project templates in cooperation with the project & engineering teams, including critical path analysis, EVM, cost plans, alternate schedules, and implementing new variables. The project scheduler will also communicate project status and risks to the project manager, assess the progress and promote efficient works on site.

We are an international engineering firm having been in business for more than 30 years. Initiallyyou will be working at one of our cement plant projects in South East Asia(which is being setup by one of our clients, a Western European world renowned enterprise),so willingness to travel is a must. Experience in heavy industry projects (e.g. steel, cement, minerals) is also required. 

There will be a competitive packageprovided including daily allowance, housing and home trips. The actual salaryis subject to your experience and training and will be negotiated afterassessment of your CV.

Requirements:

- MS Project and Excel knowledge
- English language proficiency 
- At least 5 years of experience as a project scheduler/ planner within the heavy industries (cement, steel, minerals)
