Project Readiness Officer (ITIL)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES;

Operational Readiness for the European Operations teams. Working with the project to ensure tools, systems, processes (support models), training etc. are all delivered to enable the Operations teams to support the delivery of the project and the product/service in-life. The Operational Readiness Manager will represent the European Operations teams and facilitate operational readiness meetings with the SMEs as well as attending project meetings and providing regular updates on the status of the operational readiness criteria.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE;

- ITIL Foundation is a must.
- ITIL Intermediate Service Transition and Prince 2 are useful.
- Experience managing project transition into live operations.
- Experience in single or multiple databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase

EXPERIENCE:

We require a candidate that can work autonomously and at all levels ie Program Managers, Directors etc and be able to communicate well.
