Project Quality Support - Grenoble - French Speaking

The purpose of the mission is to lead quality actions to achieve quality goals within development, brand labelling or evolution projects (PMP, BLMP, PEP) and to provide local support to Offer quality leaders located in India to improve quality of existing offers

Regarding the specificity of the mission, the person will have to be in the same location as the project team (Schneider Electric 38HP3 site)
Equipment such as desk phone, laptop and software will be provided by Schneider

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Contribute to risk management (en partnership with project leaders)
- Select activities and deliverables relevant for each projects in collaboration with project leaders
- Execute activities under PQL responsibility
- Lead safety process (FMEA ...)
- Drive Validation plan construction and execution
- PPEP execution with purchasing and selected suppliers
- Set-up quality management in ramp-up phase
- Provide support to offer quality leaders in India to facilitate relationship with French manufacturing site and country organization

All deliverables have to be provided in English

KEY SUCCESS FACTOR

- Industrial background (process knowledge ...) with strong experience in brand labelling projects
- Quality tools and methodology (FMEA ...)
- Risk management experience

SPECIFICITY REQUIRED :

- High capacity to influence and convince
- Good oral and written communication
- Fluent in English and French (Spoken and written)
