PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONTRACT SYDNEY

6 - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT!

MUST HAVE UNDERSTANDING OF AUSTRALIAN INSURANCE INDUSTRY

C$700/DAY

Our client is a major Global Organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced Project/Program Manager

- 5-10 years Project/Program Management
- Understanding of Insurance Industry in Australia
- Methodologies used - Prince2 and PMBoK
- Have dealt with system integration projects or Administration systems
- Stakeholder management in a Global environment
- Excellent communication skills at Executive and stakeholder levels
- Vendor Management experience
- Excellent Cost/Schedule development and management skills
- Quality and Risk management

Exceptional candidates focused more generally around the Australian Insurance sector with experience of system Integration Projects. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track with Tier 1 level companies to work on complex blue chip projects

- Very strong experience with on-going projects with customer and third party vendors and develop plans for operational acceptance
- Manage scheduling of releases and changes across Pre-production environments
- Drive schedule and plan of changes through Technical delivery teams
- Facilitate project handover between Technical teams from third parties and consultancy technical resources
- Interact with customer stakeholders/internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Define work-packages, scope, work estimates, deliverable structures, deliverable description and project delivery schedules
- Define and setup project delivery teams for project delivery.
- Drive execution of work-packages and ensure delivery timelines and delivery quality
