Project/Program Manager

Our client's program management team is seeking an experienced person to manage the day-to-day operations of an internal focus group program. We are seeking a program manager to help us plan, coordinate, schedule and facilitate internal focus groups. You will be expected to work with various feature teams to prepare devices for sessions as well as being responsible for collecting and analysing feedback as well as driving the reported issues to resolution. You will work with end users and engineering teams to make sure the feedback is complete and actionable. You will also be required to track various metrics and communicate status upwards.

This position demands an ability to prioritize, multi-task and troubleshoot technical issues. The ideal candidate will also have experience with software testing and customer support and be excited to influence the customer experience of new products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in program management, support or software QA
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and keep it confidential

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with beta feedback, beta software and/or development life cycles
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline
- Superior Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills such as macros, VBA and workflows
- Familiarity with using, debugging and troubleshooting devices and gadgets
- Familiarity with the Android platform

This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
