Project Portfolio Manager

Project Portfolio Manager will be required to produce a formalised framework for tracking, allocating, and managing them projects effectively across the programme focussing specifically on;

- Portfolio Strategic Management
- Portfolio Governance Management
- Portfolio Performance Management
- Portfolio Communication Management
- Portfolio Risk Management

Project Portfolio Manager will provide Project Managers and the Transformation Leadership Team with the capabilities needed to manage the time, resources, skills, and budgets necessary to accomplish all interrelated tasks within the programme. Project Portfolio Manager will provide a framework for issue resolution and risk mitigation, as well as the centralised visibility to help planning and scheduling teams to identify the most effective approach to deliver specific workstreams and the programme as a whole.
