MY DUTIES:

- Manage the IT New Locations Portfolio for all IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring success of these projects as project manager
- Develop and manage IT Infra projects from beginning to end (including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Project Closure)
- Work with the responsible teams to ensure successful delivery of their items
- Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope, identify risks/issues, and devising contingency plans. Recommend management with regards to project prioritization and resource allocation
- Identify and manage Project RAID, maintain project plans with milestones and critical path, control and report status.
- Collaborate with the team and share responsibilities
- Support improvements of processes with the aim of standardization or automation
- Identify improvement areas in underlying services with the view of optimising the roll-out of IT Infrastructure services at new locations

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in executing IT Infrastructure projects preferably in End User computing domain (Active Directory, Mail Exchange, M365)
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of industry standards, frameworks and methodologies in the field of IT governance
- Project Management and Project Definition, Planning, Tracking and Reporting
- Resource Management, RAID Management, Financial Management, Demand Management, Prioritisation, Balancing, Stakeholders Management
- Project certification (GPM, IPMA, PMP, or similar) desirable
- Self-driven and motivated individual with Organizational skills, teamwork and resilience
- Collaborate with the team and share responsibilities
- Profound English and German knowledge
