OVERVIEW

To deliver the Private Banking Client Centre for UK Wealth.

CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE

- This role will be to assist the Project Manager, managing discrete elements of the project. Perform a full end to end process improvement review of all processes and customer journeys implemented as part of the Project to date, putting forward and delivering recommendations. (Including customer journey mapping)
- Support the project team to deliver the remainder of the project scope and the additional change requests submitted by the business (including workstream delivery)
- Provide regular high quality, innovative Powerpoint updates to all levels for the Project/programme
- Stakeholder management and buy-in, including requirements gatherine and document sign off
- Support the project team regarding project discipline and governance including risk, issue, assumption and dependency management and planning
