Project Manager - Wealth Management - Private Banking - HR Change - Lo

A leading retail bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with Banking experience, in particular Wealth Management, Private Banking and HR Change experience.

Core Skills

- Governance Reporting: Works closely with the Programme Leads to provide regular status reporting appropriately to different stakeholders.
- Project Delivery: Defines and implements a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project life cycle, obtains acceptance and buy-in to the approach from all team members and produces and owns all project management deliverables.
- Planning and Finance: Produces and owns the project plan. Controls, manages and monitors project timescales and budgets, reporting variances, escalating as appropriate to overcome delays, difficulties or cost over-runs
- Experience of change involving process management and improvement
- HR Change experience
