We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Infrastructure project delivery - Voice, Telco & Networking
- Development & rollout of global dial plans
- Familiar with implementing IP Telephony, SIP Services, PSTN
- Cisco experience
- Avaya Contact Centre management systems
The role will involve:
- Single POC for project delivery
- Engage with suppliers & customer contacts
- Establish requirements and develop a detailed PMP
- Develop detailed project schedule & migration plan
- Indentify & engage resources to deliver the solution
