WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position reports to Head of Business Operations, Technical Product Management, Small Molecules, based in Basel.

The team ensures "product health" and long-term reliable supply through governance (PRC), cross functional teams and consistent product strategies.

The Technical Product Management optimizes product value and manages product risk across PT, from Launch to divestment.

In this role you will ensure product information flows between teams, functional management, and governance committees to facilitate transparency, informed decision making, and optimal alignment of all technical deliverables.

YOU WOULD

- Work closely with the TPL, support the TPT effectively by facilitating team interactions and mobilizing teams to deliver on key objectives.
- Apply project management knowledge including planning, tracking and facilitating meetings and documenting decisions, risks and actions.
- Proactively communicate issues and concerns providing transparency with key customers and stakeholders in a highly visible, global setting.
- Support TPL regarding TPT and JTPT meetings by organizing, tracking action items, keeping minutes.
- Maintain touch point folder
- Track and support commitments of Company/GNE contracts with Chugai.
- Lead development and execution of sub- projects in the roadmap as required.
- Support Project Lead in the evaluation and creation of a multi-year divestment plan.
- Drive the execution of the EP CRP project outcomes.
- Manage the product streamlining coordination process with the TPTs, the regions and affiliates
- Proactively communicate issues and concerns providing transparency with key customers and stakeholders in a highly visible, global setting.
- Able to independently manage priorities and assignments across multiple complex projects simultaneously

YOU HAVE

- Bachelor`s degree in science or engineering.
- Understanding of PT operations is a strong asset as well as a track/exposure in supply chain management.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in cross functional project management roles and ability to create and manage work plans and timelines.
- Highly Competent in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, etc.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment and you could communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
- Experience in demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to customize information for various audiences
