Project Manager/Testing Leadership

Flint are seeking a PROJECT MANAGEr with significant TESTING EXPERIENCE to join our client, a global blue chip organisation.

This role requires a candidate who can bring TEST LEADERSHIP and Mentoring to the existing Program management team

Reviewing existing Test Processes and implementing improvements

Ensuring a consistent approach and enforcement of standards across workstreams

Keeping an objective and challenging 'eye' on progress, providing early warning of issues

Providing Executive Summary reporting

Acting as single point of contact/escalation

RESOURCE MANAGEMENt: Resource Planning/Recruitment/Replacement/Skills Profiling/- making most efficient use of available resources to meet demand

Defining Test Environment requirements and working with the relevant teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery in line with project schedule

Schedule creation and management and alignment with overall program schedule

Risk Management-impact on other program workstreams

Change Management-impact on other program workstreams

Stakeholder management-internal and external

PROVEN SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Stakeholder Management across varying management layers

Leadership and motivation of multi-disciplined teams, including team building form scratch

Resource Management

Programme Planning and Strategic Direction

Managing large programmes of work

Testing Methodologies, especially V-Model

Defect Management, Configuration Management

Project/Programme Governance, Risk and Issue Management, Change Control

Facilitation, problem resolution, and introducing change to an organization

Testing life cycle management tools

Microsoft Project

MS Office Skills

Excellent Presentation Skills

PMP qualified or similar experience
