Project Manager with Mobile/MVNO project delivery Background

This major telco is looking for a PM to drive the technical delivery of a Mobile program across twenty five sub-steams of work.
This is an MVNO business area and candidates will be from an MVNO or Mobile Operator background.
The sub-streams include Infrastructure/environment build, Billing solution build & integration, application build & integration, technical testing, core network changes and technical go live.
The successful candidate will:

Bring together complex delivery/integration of overall B2B Mobile project which involves 25 delivery teams.
Build, manage and maintain an integrated 'delivery' plan (incl. vendor and In Country technical deliverables) reporting progress for key milestones, critical path and key dependencies.
Work closely with Program Manager and PMO to consolidate progress into Complex delivery Plan.
Engage with relevant stakeholders to get project/delivery plan signed off and then manage implementation/production.
Manage technical and In Country RAIDs and escalate program impacting RAIDs (incl. Critical Path activities) at weekly Delivery meetings (once set-up).
Act as technical escalation (internally and In Country) to resolve technical and delivery issues or conflicts where possible.
Ensure any technical inter-dependencies across 25 project substreams are identified and managed.
Work with Substream project managers to ensure Supplier statements of work/work requests are processed according to agreed delivery measures
Work with Solution Architects & Product Management to ensure NFR's are clear and captured in delivery plans and supplier work-packages.
Ensure product requirement backlog is build, prioritised and maintained by the sub stream delivery teams, calling upon input from the program/product management as appropriate.
Work closely with Product Management to ensure the collection and coherent interpretation of the various business processes affected by integration efforts.
Plan and deliver regular Show 'n Tell sessions to demonstrate progress to senior stakeholders as required.
Ensure Suppliers produce project documents to support technical knowledge transfer and operational readiness securing sign-off from all appropriate parties as required.
Manage the assessment and delivery of any network or infrastructure changes as required to support the implementation of Amdocs stack (ie Enetwork changes, Firewall changes, upgrades etc.)
Ensure all deliverables are document and flow through to Technical Go Live and Operational Readiness.

Skill requirements:
Established Project Manager with experience of delivering/implementing/rolling out mobile services
Excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable with complex integration/delivery projects
A history of successful delivery on large, complex projects with multiple substreams
Technical project management experience ie the ability to have a comprehensive conversation with technical people including architects.
Proven Mobile/MVNO experience
Familiar with the challenges of rolling out Mobile/MVNO services.
