We have an immediate requirement for a Project Managerideally with prior regulatory reform programs such as EMIR or Dodd Frank. This role will encompass the end to end project delivery and involve you working with both onshore and offshore delivery teams as well as multiple stakeholders across the Capital Markets businesses. You will manage multiple projects at any one time and place a premium on attention to detail and delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership for the success of the projects, pro-actively identify impediments & address them, motivate the team & resolve issues which impede delivery.
- Project Management. Include planning and budgeting, progress tracking, issues and risks management, and financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Management and associated status reporting.
- Staff Management. Organise, direct and motivate a team of business analysts.
- Communicate and collaborate across timezones with a global team to deliver timely solutions
- Manage change requests and priority changes in a dynamic business-led environment

Required Skills:

- Current experience in stakeholder management, including both technology and business teams
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of successful project deliveries, working within a global team
- Proven experience in staff management
- Demonstrable critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Broad knowledge of asset classes (derivatives and cash equities)
- Broad understanding of front, middle, and Back Office functions.
- Prepare and deliver effective project presentations as required
- Strong Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
