Project Manager Supply Chain&life Science

One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Project Manager with Supply Chain experience and knowledge of the Lifescience industry
Start: 4/11/13
Length: Min. 6 months with a possibility of being extended
Location: South of Brussels
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management Demand Review Workstream, reporting to DRM workstream leader
- Organizing and driving project team meetings to deliver effective meeting management practices (IPO agenda, minutes, action/decisions log) and to maintain project team site (when applicable).
- The project manager is able to deliver projects with quality in thedelivery and respectful approach in leadership
- Challenge individuals to deliver their commitments: monitor progressand initiate corrective action
- Provide a consistent, uniform and coordinated approach to high-valueprojects, Develop and enhance a culture of Excellence to do things in asimpler, smarter, quicker and in a robust, reproducible way- Coordinate the development of process flows, business rules andKPI's
- Connecting with AIGLE PMO to ensure the link with the otherworkstreams.
PREREQUISITES
Education:
* University degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain/logisticManagement
* Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP)
Specific skills:
* 'Getting things done" mentality
* Hands-on approach
Experience:
* > 5 years Project Management experience with cross-functional members, proven experience in successful complexity reduction,especially in implementation phase
* 3 years of experience in supply chain ins and outs, especially in Pharma/Vaccines Business and demand management
* Effective influencing and negotiation skills
* Experience with the introduction of new IT tools and process
* Due to the complexity of business projects. The ability to conceptualize, summarize and simplify complex situation is also extremely important
* Sttured approach of delivering project by producing systematic reporting and project progress
* Problem-solving: creative approach to problem solving and the abilityto challenge the status quo
* Team player
* Cultural sensitivity and tact, the ability to work effectively across cultures
* Fluent in French & English
