Project Manager Supply Chain

Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain for an 8-month-role in Switzerland.
The role is for managing projects related to transferring brands within the client.
You are responsible for
* achieving the project objectives
* Help in planning and organizing the project, timeliness and completion of tasks
* an update of the Global Tracker (Marketing Authorization Submissions/Approval, Distribution Switches Completion, Graphs and KPI's maintenance)
* Maintaining control of progress, quality and provide communication to key stake holders.
* Reporting project status and bringing up issues where help is needed to work-stream lead.
* Achieving agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction
* Preparing Cut-over plan milestones Change request and leading internal alignment meeting for evaluation/decision making; communicating decision of change requests to stake holders according to RACI Matrix.
* Validating SKU's against Notification Of Introduction/tracker tool/assortment list of the countries
* Ensuring assortment for each country is up to date/be point of contact to data management group
* Participating in workshops for Cut-over plan and Distribution Switches
* Pro-active follow-up with the countries to be switched in the future to ensure implementation according to plan
* Providing assistance to Life Cycle Implementation Experts, Project Managers and Brand Leads as needed.. Updating and maintaining COP Change Control Process and Change Request Form
Requirements
* Bachelor Master degree with in business/technical area or comparable
* Academic thinking and working level
* Several years of experience with Supply Chain Management
* Fundamental knowledge of project management methodology
* Experience with managing/supporting Cut-Over Projects
* Autonomy; must work mostly independently with technical and management coaching as sense or prioritization
* Being able to deal with complex situation with high level of flexibility
* Being comfortable working with people across the globe.
* Leadership skills with the ability to influence teams.
* Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
* Understanding of dependencies between Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Countries.
* Experience with Tableau (Optional)
