Project Manager, South Dublin, Financial Services, 3 - 6 Month Contrac

PROJECT MANAGER, SOUTH DUBLIN, FINANCIAL SERVICES, 3 - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Vantage Resources require a Project Manager with experience of IT process outsourcing for a high profile role based in South Dublin with a leading Financial Services company.

If you are seasoned project manager with a minimum of 5 years project management experience in a financial services, consultancy or technology environment, then Vantage Resources would like to hear from you. 

You will be expected to manage the projects on a day to day basis, establishing structure, roles and teams; developing and maintaining plans; identifying/managing risks; and monitoring/reporting progress.

You will need to work with key stakeholders to clarify project outputs, timescale, quality and cost criteria; whilst providing leadership, guidance and coaching to the project team. You will be an experienced project manager, and have strong communication and relationship management skills

You will work with Third Party Vendor Project Managers to ensure that their project plan/tasks are a subset and aligned to the overall project plan.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a similar Project Management position.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Experience of preparing and delivering business cases.
A third level qualification and relevant PM certification.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time under pressure
Proven track record in project risk management
Ability to work independently
Strong Service Management skills (eg ITILv3)
