Project Manager - Site Acquisition

Project manages and conducts real estate administration activities for the acquisition and leasing of cell site (wireless) properties

- Reports on all aspects of site acquisition - intermediate cycle time, milestone tracking, build-to-suit tracking
- Conducts analysis and trending of productivity related to site acquisition vendors
- Monitors projects to ensure completion on time and within allotted budget
- Recommends and takes action to direct problem analysis resolution
- Attends and may lead project meetings and is responsible for the tracking and analysis of specific projects
- Adheres to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
- Communicates with internal team members, upper level leadership, site acquisition vendors, and land owners
