-Innovation process step by step evaluation criteria documentation and structures
-Document and structure innovation process to aligned enablers and tools
-Build an innovation champion (program that needs to be created) training & tool kit
-Planning of innovation champion network ramp up and roll out
-On boarding and training of champions
-Administer the setup of innovation metrics & dashboard
-Support the creation and facilitation of council meetings and events
-Pipeline to capture/inventory new ideas and initiatives
-Inventory of existing innovations to simplify initiatives
-Support content delivery and documentation
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Project management certification is of advantage
-Leadership experience
-Experience in business development and innovation, track record in process improvements
-Experience working with senior management
-Fluency in English
