Project Manager/Senior BA - IPV Framework - Libor Rates

Leading Investment Bank requires a hands on project manager to work on building a new framework to monitor curves/prices in conjunction with Libor Rates. This is a brand new programme and requires someone who can provide the expertise and leadership to initiate and see the project through to completion, currently estimated for late 2014. Experience wise i need someone who has worked on an IPV framework build and has in-depth understanding of what controls look like. The role is very hands on so you will be involved in the detail but will also require experience in presenting slides and articulating ideas to senior stakeholders.
