PROJECT MANAGER - SAP IMPLEMENTATION - FINANCE MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE - GLOBAL VENDOR MASTER DATA
For our customer, we are recruiting for a Project Manager experienced in SAP implementation and who has a background in accounts payable and receivable FICO.
SKILLS SET:
MUST:
Project Manager having managed all phases of a project (full life cycle of a project); SAP Implementation; Pharma; experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable (FICO); understanding vendor master data; customer master data.
Min. 4-5 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
VERY RECOMMENDED:
ideally MDGS (master data governance for supplier), validated environment
A PLUS: Travel and expenses (TE)
YOUR TASKS:
- The PM will manage day to day coordination including helping to prepare weekly status reports/collecting status of the week
- Having a Slidedeck ready; customising presentations for next meetings with steerco or different business entities.
- In some cases also jumping in data migration, or testing plan, testing activities. Towards the testing phase the consultant can for example prepare test script. Being involved in the project also as a PM.
- We are in a Validated system/environment, so a lot of documentation/ liaising with validation experts will be required
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL START AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTHS CONTRACT, WITH VERY HIGH CHANCE TO BE EXTENDED UP TO 12 MONTHS.
