PROJECT MANAGER SAP APO (SNC) ROLL-OUT (PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PM, FMCG)

KEY SKILLS

- Tertiary degree (post secondary school) or equivalent work experience considered with strong project management experience within operations, supply chain and/or IT.
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a FMCG company performing a Supply Chain/Operations role.
- Good Project Management Skills and sufficient Project Management Experience
- Good APO DP technical knowledge and operational experience in Demand Planning & S&OP
- Good APO SNP technical knowledge and operational experience in Supply Planning
- English speaking and writing

ADVANTAGES

- Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years experience in supply planning using an APS tool for either Master Production Scheduling or Detailed Scheduling.
- Knowledge of J&J supply chain footprint and its products.
- Experience in process design/process re-engineering and ERP/APS systems implementations.
- SAP BW knowledge/experience
- SAP SNC experience

- Define and establish project governance structure
- Establish, lead and manage overall Project Team
- Gap and issue management
- Coordinate knowledge transfer
- Prepare and coordinate walkthrough/design workshops
