Project Manager - Regulatory - Halifax

A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a large business change programme has arisen with a first tier retail bank based in Halifax.

The project is a Legal/Regulatory project that will ensure minimum standards are maintained/provided on Bank Accounts.

Key accountabilities:

- Managing a workstream on a large programme of work
- Stakeholder management
- Risk management
- Production/management of the project plans,
- Budget tracker for the workstream
- Production of key project governance documentation

Key skills:

- Experienced in managing change and are able to explain clearly the context/rationale behind the decisions that are made
- Ability to manage relationships developing good understanding with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to re-prioritise tasks and respond to unforeseen challenges as and when they arise
- Experience in the use of Project Management tools such as MSP, as well as proficient in other Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint

Key experience:

- Financial Services Project Management experience
- ideally regulatory experience
- Experience of managing budgets and producing regular cost summaries of forecast & spend to date
