Project Manager - Regulatory Change (Solvency II)

Our large financial services client based in Bristol requires a Project Manager to join a Solvency 2 project. The role requires an immediate start and will be for an initial 3 months.

The selected candidate will be required to implement process improvements within the Solvency II production runs and deliver regulatory reporting capability for SII into their Life and Pensions area.

To be successful, you will be a strong Project Manager with demonstrable experience in delivering regulatory and legal projects within a Financial Services environment. Experienced in the creation of project documentation, risk & issue management, dealing with teams based in multiple locations, managing project finances, and defining project governance. Experienced in building strong working relationships with and managing third party suppliers as well as internal stakeholders.

Additionally, ideally you will have an understanding of SII Regulatory Regime including Pillar 1 Production, Pillar 2 Governance and Pillar 3 Disclosure, experience of IMAP and/or SII Result Production Processes as well as background knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative text for Interim Measures and Full Submission consultation papers.
