- Manage & coordinate the deliverable of Change & Comm stream (communication plan & delivery, training)
- Coach
- Align with program manager & other project streams (process, HR) to ensure delivery on time and in line with the target operating model
- Set up and manage the activties required to implement a behavior change
You are responsible for managing your project wihtin scope, time, budget and will report to the Prisma program manager and sponsors. You will participate in the weekly Prisma team meeting and represent your projects in the bi-weekly program Steerco of Prisma. You will collaborate closely with the teamleaders, coaches, employee and stakeholders.
