Project Manager - Property Move - People side of Change - PSOC

Based in Bristol a Project Manager (business change) is required on a contract basis to work on a large PROPERTY MOVE programme which concentrates on the PEOPLE SIDE OF CHANGE for a major financial services client.

Candidates must be business change focussed with previous experience of property or office move programmes with a strong preference for experience of this within the FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING SECTOR.

The property move programme relates to the relocation of staff and the relocation of large scale projects teams. There is already an office relocation programme team in place responsible for managing the property moves. This role is not to manage the logistics of a property move, the key responsibility is to manage the impact of change on the people effected.

The emphasis of the role is to manage the people side of change on the programme and manage the change governance.

You will need to demonstrate strong Project Management experience within the financial services/banking sector working on business change programmes. Ability to manage the delivery of change by taking responsibility for the execution of projects. Ensure that change is delivered within the project management life cycle, adhering to deliverables and project governance. Act as an escalation point for risk and issue resolution. Cost and benefit management including business case development. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with and manage key stakeholders.
